lotrell 10/20 side effects

I have been taking lotrel for about a year and just came off a web page where other people suffered from weird dreams, insomnia, tinnitus(chirping in the ears). My question is if I stopped taking this medicine will these side effects go away and whatever other information you can give me is very much appreciated. Thank you.
