Lower back pain

Posted at 2:29 PM on Jul 27, 2008 by asperling, #6911
I would like to know if Lipitor is the cause of my lower back pain. After all if I am to take a medication that is to help me reduce my cholesterol level but will effect another part of my body which hampers me from doing daily chores. I can not bend over because my lower back hurts and after 3 epidurals it took away 50 % of my pain but the other 50% is still there. I noticed that I am have very little patients now, I am always in a down attitude and it is effecting my way of life. This is how I feel now, but if it is not the Lipitor I like to know what it is. And if Lipitor is so bad why is it on the market.

Try going off the lipitor for a week, that will soon give you an indication. Best
