Lung and liver cancer

I have two lung cancer about a chicken egg size in my left and right lungs and one chicken egg inthe inner liver. These are secondary cancer arising from colon cancer(operated on and cured four years ago. These secondary cancer are growing at 2mm every 3 month when I have my CT scan. I'm 79 and in no pain. Oncologist says I should go on living and not worry but I do worry as the cancer are gettin bigger..They are not attached to my windpipe or bronkie and appear to be suspended in my lungs and liver. Wil the new type Maxibar tablets stop the cancers growth. If so where can I find it and how much will it cost Although I'm not poor and wiil be able to purchase the tablets. My blood pressure is very good for my age and appart from coughs and colds, I I'm not ill Thanks Roy Spencer 14.05.1930
