lupron and epilepsy

my 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with precocious puberty and her doctor started her on ped lupron, she also has epilepsy and since she started her shots i have noticed her seizures have changed. her seizeures used to be at night before she was in a deep sleep but she has had 2 seizures this month in the afternoon. I have talked to her neurologist and he said there isn't a connection. Just wanted to see if anyone out there had the same problem.
