Lupron making me exhausted

Okay so I am beginning my journey into ivf and I am in the suppression stage taking lupron and baby asprin. About two days into taking lupron I started bleeding and I am still bleeding on my forth day of lupron. Not a lot just filling up a panty liner or two a day. Is this normal? Also I am so tired I can barely make it through the day I could sleep all day and all night. Has anyone else experienced this? I am on 20 units of lupron once daily.
