memory/concentration loss

started topamax seven weeks ago, on 100 mgs.now until my 8 weeks follow next week. Getting really concern with concentration/focusing I'm all out "off wack" per say. what is the long term side effect on this? The topamax has decreased my headache (almost everyday tension/migraine) down to 1-2 slight tension w/ in the last three weeks.
