Does Topamax speed up my metabolism?

No. But it has an anoretic effect on most people. Few people do not experience a significant reduction, or absence, of appetite. As you need food for your body to use as fuel, your metalisn will drop after a while. Mine was not great before Topamax, now it's worse. Take care.
