Can methadone weaning cause heart arrithmeas and passing out?

Methadone is a good drug to stop illeagle drugs ! How ever it is VERY HABIT FORMING and has much longer Withdral like about 6 Months of pure hell !!!!!! I have been on Methadone treatment 13 years now. But it keeps me from being very very very sick !!!!!!!!! James
