Metroprolol 50mg

I have taken this pill for about 9 years and have had extreme stomach bloating which creates pressure on my diaraphram and causes severe labored breathing and shortness of breath...Is there another type of this pill or a substitute that can be taken which will not cause these problems? I would like to know about it if there is.
