mirena and leaking breasts

i have now for 8 years the mirena,second one,never had a problem,no periods,always good,now since 2 months i feel pregnant,went last month to the doctor,he did a pg test,negative,bloodtest negative,but i still have the bloated feeling,bigger nipples and there's even milk coming out,i have already two children so i know how a pg would feel even after 9 years(my youngest child is 9),i don't have any weight gain,i did this month a home test but was also negative,but i have read that would happen more often with a iud,cramping in my belly....etc.. does anybody has these symptoms also and is it normal to have milk coming out of your breasts when you're not pregnant,i'm so confused,if i'm pregnant i would like to know for the sake of the baby and myself of course?
