missed pills now bleeding

I missed two pills in a row, when I saw that I missed it I took them both, it was fine, then about 2 days later I missed 2 more I took then when I remembered again! I woke up this morning and my period has started, but it wasn’t supposed to start for another 9-10 days. Is it spotting or is it my period? Its not light spotting either, its pretty heavy.
