My wife not same person I married since she had the Lupron shot

My wife is not the same person I married since she had the lupron shot several years ago. How do I know if it is due to lupron or not? She has gained at least 130 lbs, has severe depression, high blood pressure, constant eating, always tired, very angry, back problems, several pinched nerve problems in her legs, back and neck, loss of memory and certain motor skills, trouble thinking and making simple decisions, afraid to go out into public. What should I do?
