New to Jolessa

Posted at 11: 9 AM on Aug 04, 2008 by kellyjackson14, #7016
I've been on Jolessa for 4 weeks now. Its the first time I've been on birth control since I've been married for 12 years & my husband was fixed. Now that we're getting divorced, I figured I better start something. I haven't really had any side effects yet. Possible weight gain but really not enough to say for sure. However, after just one month, I've skipped my period and just wanted to make sure that this is correct. I know that it's supposed to reduce your period to 4 times a year, I just didn't know if it would work after just one month. Can anyone answer this question?

Sounds about right. I kinda got worried when I had nausea two months in. I almost thought I was going to be one of those that had breakthrough bleeding. But I made it. I love it so far. I was surprised my first period after starting Jolessa was so light. Lighter than my regular periods. I'm starting to worry a little. Is this normal??
