No Period...

I finished my first 3mos. pills; including the non-active, NO PERIOD! Should I begin the next pack, or wait for my period?

I've just finished my 2nd cycle of pills and this time I have blead just before I got to my inactive pills but only a little and now I am on the inactive pills and I'm not really bleeding. I have some brownish red discharge but only a little bit. I'm wondering if I should be worried because I am sexually active
