no periods

I have been taking yaz for 4 months now. And have yet to have a period at all, not even spotting. I know I'm not pregnant as I have taken 3 different at home pregnancy tests at various times. Is this something to worry about? I feel fine otherwise.

If you have taken a pregnancy test, you are fine. Some people just respond differently to taking oral contraceptives. My period has changed considerably since I started taking oral contraceptives -- now only 2 days instead of the usual week.
