Period after Mirena removal???

I had my mirena removed sept 30, 2009 and every OTHER day since then I've had just a little bit of bleeding. But no regular period. We want to get pregnant in November, so we've been using condoms. But one slipped off way up inside me and when I pulled it out, there was barely any semen in it. So it all leaked out inside me. But without a period, I'm wondering when I should test whether I'm pregnant again or not. Should I have already had my period? Or when should I look for my first period after mirena removal???
