Period one week apart?

I've been taking Yasmin for about 6 months but have decided to stop and use natural birth control. I ended one pack then used up an old pack that had only one week of pills in it. So I ended my period the Saturday before last and stopped taking the pills as of this past Saturday. It's Tuesday now and it appears that I'm on my period again. Is this normal?
