POssible Side effect?
I have only started taking Ambien a few days ago. My wife has commented that although I appear to be sleeping, I am twitching and jerking throughout the night. Has anyone encountered this? I have mild restless leg syndrome (usually triggered by caffeine or anti-histamines) but it is not disruptive to the point of requiring treatment.
The ambien was prescribed for insomnia.
yes i have my name is bionca and i have been taking ambien for a couple of days also ive been jerking and twiching while ive been awake too and i have a seizure disorder so it only makes it worser i find myself wondering am my gonna have a seizure its that bad i dont like the meds already it helps you and then it can hurt you too.
