Prednisone and appetite

Better to talk to the dr. who prescribed the drug or a pharmacist. By the way, there are many natural products for health issues. Unfortunately, most drs. continue to push drugs . . since that's all they know.

Thank you, I concure w/ your statement about drs. pushing drugs. I just got diagnosed with lupus about 3 weeks ago. Since I am on this drug, all I want to do is EAT. I have also been advised to eat six small meals a day ,as opposed to three large ones. I find myself snacking all the time. I am and learning and doing research about the disease. I too want to go the "Natural route". Eating more fruits and vegetables. and drinking natural juices. I am snacking on nuts: almonds, pistacois and the such. I just keep eating though. It seems I never satisfied.
