Premarin is better or tablet which contains desogestrel ethinyl estradiol

I was using premarin for almost one year than i changed the doctor and she prescribed to me a Femilon tablet which contains desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol. I'am only 20 i'am on medication for past 4 years and my FSH is very high i don't have follicles in my ovaries so i was adviced for medication. I'am having a hair loss problem also please advice
