projectile vomiting (at all the wrong times)

This morning on my way to work it clicked. The idea clicked once before but a girlfriend said I was goofy. It seems that when I take this medication I have boughts of instantanious projectile vomiting. I haven't a clue it will be happening. It is always in the morning, it may happen while I am driving the car. The vomit is foamy and like bile. I believe that yes, the medication is stopping the little acid machines from working but once they stop the acid must just sit there untill the build uop is expelled- usually on my way to work going 85 MPH southbound on 85.
