psoriatic arthritis

I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and I am supposed to start taking Methotrexate next week. I am afraid to take this drug, but due to the fact that my psoriasis is severe, I have no choice. I am 42 years old with four children. I will not be able to wear shorts or a bathing suit this summer because of this disfiguring skin disease.
