Raising progesterone with a bio-identical before starting Yasmin??

Will raising my natural progesterone level before I start Yasmin help me ease onto Yasmin without side effects of anxiety/nausea/panic? I tried to go on Yasmin a month ago, and felt terrible....I have taken it in the past and I was fine......but this time, my own progesterone was very low, and when I started the Yasmin, I was a mess....felt like I was pregnant with anxiety!!!! I quit mid pack..... SO, I have been supplementing with natural progesterone for about 3 1/2 weeks....wanting to start Yasmin again this Sunday after my period, which I have right now.......will building up my own progesterone level make my transition to Yasmin smoother?....I will also continue taking this small dose of progesterone on Yasmin as well....any thoughts out there????? I have really been struggling with this for months.....
