yes i also have reactions to certain foods now that i never had before. any kind of sugar gives me a racing heart,pastry,bread,pasta also give me a racing heart. i also avoid any kind of stimulant now like tea or coffee. i am starting to get better with food now,i have been off yasmin for 3 months and am feeling so much better,i do not have the pending sense that a panic attack will happen at any moment like i used too. keep eating the fruit & veg and the lean meats as they will help boost your serotonin levels and your immune system,keep refined carbs to a minimum if they cause you to feel anxious,they are probably affecting your blood sugar temporarily and giving you a huge sugar rush. i also have the numbness now and again but not as badly as before,most of my symptoms have subsided now,i am not sure about the sickness as i never suffered with that,i unfortunately have had a big weight gain since coming of yasmin but i would rather be a few pounds heavier and happy than thin and a nervous wreck! hopefully your sickness will go away when your hormones balance out. keep me posted on what the endo has to say. good luck to you,i really hope that you feel well enough to stop taking the activan soon and be well on your way to recovering from this hormone induced hell !
