Reducing the dose of prednisone....

Hi i am 17 years old and i was put on 40mg of prednisone for possible crohns disease about 3 weeks ago and after 2 weeks i reduced the dose to 35mg then a week after that which is now and im on 30mgs, my last dose is 25mg then i stop. But what i want to know is is it possible for some of the side effects i was having before i was put on it: Pelvic cramps Loose bowels (im not sure if its related to a period in anyway as im on the pill back to back but if i wasn't i would be due for mine now) can they come back while you are reducing the dose and if they do what should i do. I have an appt with the gastro doctor on the 16th Nov should i just wait until i see him and let him know?? Dont know if this will help but im also on: Calcuim Carbonate(while im on Prednisone) 2500mg a day Omeprozole(protect my stomach from the prednisone) 20mg a day Levlen Ed Just made me abit worried as when i was on the 40mg and 35mg it was like i was back to normal except for the side effects like increased appetite and weight gain. Any advice will be great.
