relief for prednisolone cramps

does anyone have a cure for the cramps caused by the drug? Am drinking electrolytes, eat bananas, strong pain relief (panadol & codeine). Anything else? The cramps usually happen from walking or standing on hard surfaces in my thighs and in my upper arms from chopping veggies.
