Replacement of Ortho Tri-Cyclen?

Hello, I'm currently taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen, but I might have to switch as I'm living abroad and it's seems it's not available in the country I live in. I have to talk with a medical expert first, but I was wondering if anyone had some good suggestions on a replacement b/c pill? I don't want to switch, but I can't keep getting them on a past prescription! Please let me know! Thanks!

I take Loestrin 24FE. its really good for me. sometimes it doesnt even allow you to have a period
