safely tapering my son off 75 mg of seroquel

My son was put on 75mgs of Seroquel 3 months ago. I want him off it!! He is developmentally disabled and is on Lamictal, Clonopin and Phenobarbital for seizures. How can I safely wean him off of this horrible stuff? Please help!!
