I take Lasix (Furosemide) for edema in my ankles and legs. Lately I have been eating alot of grapefruit, and my ankles and legs are very swollen. The lasix is not helping. I have been told that people on blood pressure medicine should not eat grapefruit because it interfers with their medication. Is it possible that the grapefruit is causing my legs to swell?
