Seroquel 200MG and Temazepam 30MG mixed together at bed time

Hi, I have been on seroquel for about a year now and it's helping me with my moods and sleeping but I wake on and off during the night and end up snacking half asleep and then fall back asleep and repeat the same until I have to get up for work. I have never mixed my Seroquel with another medicine that is also to help me sleep. I keep seeing warnings to not mix Temazepam with any other medicine that makes me sleepy. I asked my Dr. and was told I will be fine. I am just scared that I shouldn't be mixing them. But I need the Seroquel to continue to help me battle my bi-polar and I need to sleep thru the night so I am rested for work. I am so confused. Any that can help with an answer or advice please feel free to say anything. Thank you D.T.
