Sexual side effects

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and have been on Ultram ER for the past month. I was started out on the 100mg for a week and then went to the 200mg once a day. I am a 56 year old female that has been married for 37 years and never experienced any sexual problems until I started taking this medication. I've also had severe constipation. Anyone ever experience this problem while taking this medication. Since taking this medication, my pain has been decreased and has helped greatly, but not sure I am willing to give up sexual satisfaction. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
