side affect?

i had mirena put in on sept 15 2008 so its only been almost 2 weeks and i have these side affects but how long are they supposed to last and am i supposed to have these other side affects ive been having abdominal cramping and bleeding but not spotting which is supposed to be happening and i am dropping blood clots like crazy but there not big clots i have headaches and bumps all over on my neck arms and legs and pubic area they itch like crazy and hurt there red and they look like bug bites or rash or something and my body is sore mostly my lower back and neck and spine could this be side affects and go away in due time or something else
