Side effect from shot of Kenalog

Seven months ago, I received a shot of Kenalog directly in the middle of my left butt cheek. I surmised something wrong immediately, as it stung and swelled like a raspberry. It become increasingly painful, which I could equate with being stabbed with an ice pick. It is now a full blown dent, very deep, and the skin is much whiter than my normal skintone. Ok, besides the fact this really ugly to look at.....I'm constantly aware of it because it NEVER stops aching. Does this ever go away? Will this dent fill in? Please help.
