I am on 10mg. 6x a day for my allergies and for help with anxiety and sleep. I have just come off a long term ''relationship'' with Ativan and Percocet and oxy's. Not taking those pills anymore (it's been just over two months) has reawakened my allegories and sleep/anxiety problems. What dosages would I need to get the benefits of the eurphoria and relaxing sleep? I am a woman in her early 50s. I weight about 130 lbs. at about 5'4". What can this do?
