Side Effects of Celexa

I have been taking Celexa for about 3 weeks now and it seems like everyday I have a horrible headache. Also, I have noticed hair loss when I wash my hair. I also have quite a bit of tingling/numbness on my arms, hands, legs and feet. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?
