Side effects of Effexor

I'm currently taking Effexor XR (75 mgs a day) and have found myself feeling perpetually tired and unable to focus. This is a real hindrance for me, particularly in relations to my work. Is Effexor at this level of dosage known to cause feelings of tiredness and fatigue? For me, it really does like an all-consuming issue at the moment. I know that I definitely don't want to feel as tired as I do currently. Thanks, KL

I currently take 300 mg of Effexor XR and you are right it makes you feel VERY tired and unable to focus. They gave me Aderrall to counter it, but that makes me nervous. Let me know what happens.
