side effects of phenergan

My 14 year old son was given Phenergan in the hospital and ever since then has had severe dystonic reations. He twitches uncontrollably and his eyes roll aroung in his head. It is almost like a seizure. This has been going for over a month now, all stemmming from one dose of oral phenergan. Has anyone else had this problem?
