sideffects and/or interaction

I have been using Lantus for about six weeks and have experienced increased acid reflux and stomach pain - also I am taking 1gram Valtrex - two nights ago after I took my shot I had an anaphylactic reaction - is this the result of Lantus or an adverse reaction between Valtrex and Lantus ... anyone else having similiar problems?

I get bad acid reflux, belching, chestpain (I have been hospitalised 3 times) and as time has gone on heart palpitations and an irregular pulse and dizziness. Evan a short walk now gives me a rapid pulse. I started Lantus approx a year ago and the first thing I noticed was acid reflux when I went to bed. The other side effects have followed over time. I have suspected the Lantus for some time but have stayed on it after reassurances from my Doctor. After reading the comments and side effects on this site I stopped it yesterday. I have taken Valtrex while on Lantus with no additional side effects.
