Skin changes while using Nuvaring
Will using Nuvaring help to keep your skin clear like some types of birth control pills?
Personally I have seen a noticeable postive change in my skin tone. Overall, I have always had good skin with breakouts only around my period. Now that I am on the ring I don't even get those which is a nice perk. Previously, I was on Yaz where I had severe skin breakouts similar to what you get as a teen. For skin, the NR is a great option!
