Sore breasts

I had my first injection of Lupron about 3 weeks ago. I had noticed a lump in my left breast and it was sore to the touch, I of course ignored this since I was just ending my menstrual. Every since then, my breasts (both) have been swelling and getting even more painful/sensitive, including my nipples! Is this a normal side affect????
