stomach pain

i was in a car wreck in 2000. i have been taking ibuprofen everyday since. my question is i get an upset stomach from time to time, with it i vomit sometimes it bothers me for a day or two. when i vomit its like the coffee grounds that i have heard about but also blood sometimes a lot. is this caused from my years of taking ibuprofen?
