Swelling on one side of face

I have been on Amoxicillin for 2 days and one side of my face swelled up,
I didn't know if it was from the tooth that was infected or if this is a side effect. I haven't had any problems with antibiotics before, so I'm not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated.
