There has to be an easier way.......

My son is 17 months old and he refuses to take this medicine(Sulfameth-Trimeth) even though it is cherry flavored. He was diagnosed with MRSA today. His dose is a teaspoonful and a half. We already tried Cleocin, which was terrible. Can I put this medicine in water or juice?
