Torpol XL side effects

Discontinued Toprol about one week ago, still getting some spikes in bp and rapid heartbeat. How long before side effects diminish?

anyone experiencing "strange leg sensations" during the night time? Not pain, but maybe warmness.....the sensation is hard to explain and it wakes you up.
