totally exhausted

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia last week. I am so tired. I ache all over. I can't sleep. The pain feels like a burning throbbing sensation on my legs and down my back. I have also noticed the top layer of my skin feels like it's burning in different spots. I have an auto immune disease. I'm learning if you have sleep disorders, it can cause pain. Fibromyalgia can be caused from sleep disorders too. My husband feels that it caused from my medicine interactions. I don't know, but I'm so tired of being tired. Not to mention hurting all the time. Looking for answers.

I have been taking for years, and I still have insomnia. I feel tired most of the time. Sorry to tell you this....
