Trazodone Hydrochloride 150mg & General Anaesthetic?

I am due to have discectomy surgery in 2 weeks and due to start taking Trazodone Hydrochloride 150mg in 3 x days time after stopping Fluoxetine 20mg twice per day. Should I postpone taking the new medication until after the surgery?
