valium plus stillnox combined

valium for the first time in conjunction with 12.5 mg of stillnox,after years of spinal surgery and the years of degeneration thats starting to seriously impact on the basic quality of life some people take for granted but now i seem to be losing my battle with everday pain thus my reluctance to try the stillnox/valium combo. any feedback on what i can and should look out for will be thouroughly thought over. i need help here,tried all sorts from spinal surgery to acupuncture and rehab/phisyo.any feedback will be much appreciated..................................pain is ruling my life!!!
