wellbutrin and ultram

I was prescribed tramadol hcl 50 mg 1 to 2 3 x a day for chronic pain and I am taking wellbutrin 300mg 1 a day for SAD as well as xanax xr 1 mg & xanax 1mg as needed for panic disorder and GAD. My sister is bi polar. I took 100 mg of tramadol and within 2.5 hours I was trembling, shaking, dry mouth, extremities were cold, sweating, and sick to my stomach. what is your opinion on these meds together? My hands are still tingly and my body is burning inside.
