I am 21 years old, and I have been taking Yaz for quite a while now. In December 2008, I had to have my gallbladder removed. Like many women, I had no idea the two could be related until recently. My question is this: Has anyone who is reading this started legal proceedings and if so, what should I expect when I call a lawyer? What documents should I have at the ready? This entire situation makes me very nervous, and I would like to be as prepared as I can be before making contact with a lawyer. Thank you for your help.

I can't answer your question personally because I haven't experienced that specific problem, but I have experienced a ton of other side effects.
But you can visit the "Yasmin Survivors Forum" and I'm sure you can find an answer there. Just type it into your search engine and the site will come up. There are all kinds of women there that have experienced all sorts of side effects, and the site helped me to feel reassured.
