What happens when you stop taking Yaz

My friend has been taking Yaz for about a month and I have definitely noticed the mood swings, depression, increased stress, and rage which was not who she was before taking the pill. Her doctor has now told her to stop taking the pill for 4 days I am worried. Her and I are going out of town this weekend when she is suppose to stop taking her pill and I am worried about some of the side effects she might have from not taking her doses. Is there anyone who has experienced side effects from having to suddenly stop taking their Yaz for a few days?
